We’ll provide your company with a range of properties and markets. Each property will include a city and county demographic analysis with relevant population, income, and traffic maps. We’ll also examine the average household income and population from a 1 to 10 mile radius. In addition, we will examine the rates of climate controlled, dry, and drive-up units from nearby competitors to give you a better idea of the current market position. For each location there will be a 3-page demographic summary for the city and county along with a 9-page complete profile which will examine the 1, 3, 5, & 10 mile area surrounding the actual properties.
